Rich Wagner
Rich WagnerCEO & President
Rich Wagner brings 15 years leadership from big 4 consulting and Fortune 500. He worked with C-level executives on major corporate initiatives including preparing due diligence on dozens of multi-billion dollar mergers, acquisitions and corporate projects. Rich has experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, consumer goods and retail. Rich is a Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration.
Rich Fitchen

Rich Fitchen is an established senior executive with over 25 years of experience building go to market strategies, driving rapid sales growth, and scaling businesses. Prior to joining Prevedere, Rich served as General Manager, VP Sales and Services, SVP Worldwide Field Operations, and Chief Marketing Officer in companies such as Model N, Bizagi, Aceva Technologies, Extricity, and Peregrine Systems. Rich also brings strong Business Transformation expertise from his experience with Gemini Consulting and Cap Gemini. Rich holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Matt Baer

Matt Baer has over 20 years’ experience in the in SaaS software sales and marketing with specific focus on BI and Analytics. As vice president of sales, Matt has played an integral role in building the Prevedere sales team from the ground up. He brings an intense, results driven attitude to the organization he leads. Before joining the executive team Matt has been credited with being a key contributor at SumTotal, Lithium and Adobe
Larry Hirschhorn
Larry HirschhornVP, Sales
Larry Hirschhorn has twenty-plus years of executive management experience in leading and building sales teams in software and technology. His knowledge spans from cutting-edge SaaS applications to large enterprise deployments. Prior to joining Prevedere, Larry has served as RMD and GM at Information Builders, VP of Sales at Intralinks, VP at Majestic Research, and SVP at Thomson Financial. Larry holds a BS from Syracuse University.
Rob Mihalko
Rob MihalkoVP, Marketing
Rob has over 20 years of enterprise software and management consulting experience, with leadership roles in marketing, product and general management. Most notably, Rob was a Global Vice President at SAP Ariba, where he played a key role the growth of Ariba’s procurement solutions and business network. Rob has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
Nitish Pargal
Nitish PargalVP, Partnerships & Alliances
Nitish Pargal has over 15 years of experience building partner ecosystems, and scaling channel organizations. Prior to joining Prevedere, Nitish served as the Director of Partners & Alliances for Bizagi where he built the North America partner ecosystem from ground up. Also, Nitish has held leadership positions at various companies such as Model N, Vendavo and Capgemini. Nitish holds an MBA in Finance/Information Systems from the Georgia State University.
Jose Paul
Jose PaulVP, Engineering
Jose has over 20 years of experience in the software development and IT management space. Prior to Prevedere, he was CTO of Rumba Solutions, in charge of architecture and platform solutions for client applications. Previously, Jose held development roles at JP Morgan Chase, HMB, Ohio Department of Health. Jose has a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Kerala, India.
Derek Smith
Derek SmithVP, Analytical Services
Derek spent fourteen years with DemandTec in various sales and marketing roles. Most recently, Derek was IBM’s Vice President of DemandTec Sales for Asia Pacific and Japan. Derek introduced the DemandTec solutions to this emerging market, hiring and leading a team of nine sales professionals. Derek received his undergraduate degree in Business Economics from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Yesim Tabanoglu
Yesim TabanogluVP, Product Management
Yesim Tabanoglu is responsible for driving product innovation roadmap and user experience across Prevedere solutions. Yesim holds over 15 years of product management experience in high growth start-ups, delivering SaaS enterprise software solutions. Prior to joining Prevedere, Yesim held product leadership roles at Vendavo, Comprehend Systems, Apttus, and Model N, driving the roadmap across the product portfolio and delivering successful products. Yesim holds an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, MBA from Bilkent University and BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.
Isabelle Wang
Isabelle WangVP, Finance
Isabelle has over 18 years of leadership experience in finance and operations across multiple industries including venture capital, startups, and publicly traded enterprises. She has provided CFO-level leadership and CEO-advisory role to technology companies such as Voicebase and Weaved, Inc. Prior experience includes finance leadership roles at Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Nimblefish Technologies and Ericsson. Isabelle has a MBA from the University of Southern California.
Chris Wheeler
Chris WheelerVP, Partnerships & Channels
Chris has close to 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including international experience of doing market development in Africa and the Asia Pacific regions. Prior to Prevedere, he was Director of Partnerships and Alliances for Social Solutions heading up their efforts to grow and support a global partner ecosystem. Chris received his Bachelors in Accounting from Capital University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.

Joseph H. Ellis
Mr. Joseph H. Ellis served as Limited Partner of Goldman Sachs from 1994 to May 1999 and its General Partner from 1986 to 1994. Mr. Ellis served as Senior Retail-Industry Analyst of Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Research Division from 1970 to 1994, and was ranked as the US Leading Retail Analyst for 18 consecutive years. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1970, he served as Vice President and Investment Analyst of The Bank of New York. He founded Blue Tulip LLC and has been its Chairman since December 2001. He has been an Advisory Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. since May 1999. Mr. Ellis is the author of “Ahead of the Curve: A Commonsense Guide to Forecasting Business and Market Cycles”
Chris LaBruna
Mr. Chris LaBruna is responsible for leading all aspects of Saama’s Global Sales function. He has been leading high performance field organizations for over 20 years. Before joining Saama, Mr. LaBruna was at Oracle for seven years, where he led the Enterprise Performance Management field organization in the Western U.S. to consistent and predictable year over year growth. Prior to that, he joined Hyperion Solutions in 2003, where he was responsible for the Western U.S. and Latin America. Previous to Hyperion, Mr. LaBruna held leadership positions at Business Objects and IBM. Mr. LaBruna holds a BA from New York University and an MS from Columbia University.
Kevin McGuire
Mr. Kevin W. McGuire is Executive Vice President, Asia Infrastructure for Momentive. In his previous role Mr. McGuire served as an Executive Vice President of Business Processes & Information Technology at Momentive Performance Materials Worldwide Inc. and Momentive Performance Materials USA, Inc. since October 1, 2010. Mr. McGuire has been an Executive Vice President of Business Processes & Information Technology of Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. (formerly, Hexion CI Holding Co (China) LLC) since June 1, 2005 and Momentive Performance Materials Inc. since October 1, 2010. Mr. McGuire is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and The Catholic University of America.
Jack Noonan
Mr. Jack Noonan served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at SPSS Inc., since January 1992. Mr. Noonan served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Microrim Corp. from 1990 to December 1991. He served as the Vice President of the Product Group of Candle Corp. from 1985 to 1990. He joined Candle Corp. in 1985 as the Vice President of Technical Services, its engineering and support services division. Mr. Noonan served as Vice President of Product Group, overseeing marketing, product development, planning, and delivery. Mr. Noonan has over 30 years of experience in several key areas of the computer industry. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the Rockford School of Business and Engineering.
John Rizzo
Mr. John Rizzo brings over 35 years of experience helping successful technology companies through startup phase, product launches, branding and marketing, and acquisition. Mr. Rizzo is currently EVP, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer at SolarWinds. Prior to that, Mr. Rizzo was CMO of Jive Software leading strategy, outreach, and creative direction. Before this role, Mr. Rizzo was VP of Global Market Planning and Programs at Oracle and CEO of Cahoots/Informative (a social networking and customer intelligence SaaS company). Mr. Rizzo received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, and Biology from Stanford University.
Michael Schuler
Mr. Michael C. Schuler is Vice President of Corporate Development for Momentive. Prior to Momentive, Mr. Schuler was a Principal of Stonehenge Partners. He is responsible for structuring, performing due diligence, originating, monitoring and exiting Stonehenge Opportunity Fund investments. Prior to joining Stonehenge Partners, Mr. Schuler served as an Assistant Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group of Banc One Capital Partners focused primarily on structuring and performing due diligence on corporate mezzanine and equity investments. Mr. Schuler received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Butler University and is working towards an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
