Prevedere to Host Workshop on Using AI-Driven Analytics to Determine Corporate Strategy at Retail & Consumer Goods Analytics Summit

April 23, 2019, Santa Clara, Calif. – Prevedere, an industry insights and predictive analytics software company, today announced it is sponsoring the opening day workshop to be held at the Retail & Consumer Goods Analytics Summit (RCAS). The summit, now in its sixth year, will take place April 24-26 in Chicago. The agenda focuses on ‘Designing the Intelligent Enterprise’ with content specific to AI & machine learning, customer engagement, retailer and consumer goods collaboration, and transforming the organization.

“In today’s competitive consumer goods landscape, it is imperative for leaders of retail and CPG companies to embrace machine learning and advanced analytics at the strategic level,” said Rich Wagner, CEO of Prevedere. “RCAS provides guidance on turning an organization into a data-driven enterprise, and we look forward to illustrating how to use the latest technologies, along with global data, to provide actionable insights.”

Prevedere’s workshop, titled “Unlocking the Future: Using AI-Driven Analytics to Determine Corporate Strategy” will provide attendees with a roadmap for data teams to empower their executives with forward looking insights using AI and external data.

According to a recent survey commissioned by Prevedere, over 60% of business and IT professionals report they do not have the best tools and data to provide the strategic, forward-looking insights required to inform C-level executives. Respondents also noted difficulty in understanding how external factors, such as a volatile economy or changing consumer behavior, can affect future product demand.

With the ability to gain insights from internal and external factors, in the short-term and long-term, retail and CPG leaders can minimize the impact of headwinds and capitalize on opportunistic tailwinds. Attendees of this workshop will also receive a free hard copy of the survey report, “Bridging the Data Divide.”
