The Head of Marketing oversees the marketing and communications functions for Prevedere. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. A successful candidate will continue to build Prevedere’s brand and expand our mission regionally, as well as across the nation. The position is responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the organization, creating and managing the marketing team, while strengthening and growing the corporate brand identity. At Prevedere, the Head of Marketing will strategically oversee and support execution of thought leadership, brand, digital, corporate communications, and event marketing

Requirements:

  • Partner with executive team to understand and set the marketing strategy with specific focus on driving brand recognition and sales
  • Manage and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed established targets
  • Build and manage marketing team around set systems
  • Work with customer success and product development teams to collect customer insights to drive current and future marketing initiatives
  • Support new business development activities including inbound lead generation, SEO/SEM, offline marketing, PR, social media
  • Event management – drive attendance to events and webinars; set strategy to which events to attend
  • Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events
  • Compile, interpret, and report key metrics tied to company growth, sales execution, and marketing activities
  • Define and own web marketing KPIs across awareness, acquisition, usage, and engagement
  • Drive company vision, messaging and brand consistency; instill a growth-minded culture

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing executive experience in B2B environments with either SaaS or benefits service experience with a focus on digital marketing in a growth environment
  • Expertise in building, managing, and leading a first-class business – must have a solid track record of recruiting and developing good people. Has managed a direct or matrixed broad team
  • Proven experience building and executing an integrated marketing strategy including brand, digital and creative
  • Proven ability to translate marketing analytics and insights into actionable strategy
  • Experience balancing between SEO and SEM to drive demonstrable ROI (revenue, online presence, etc.)
  • Subject matter expertise and demonstrated competency in marketing automation solutions
  • Proven experience executing clearly defined long-term and short-term strategic marketing programs
  • Exceptional communication skills for working closely with sales, support, customers, media / external partners, and executive management
  • Strong bias for action
